I had started to make a transition in my business, taking my designs from being costume jewellery to producing them in sterling silver and switching production from Thailand to London. I wanted to create a higher quality product, which would in turn have a higher price point. It turned out to become a much bigger project and change than I had at first thought, and was feeling nervous about how to move forward with things. Rachel has been great with putting together a plan, helping me deal with stress and also recognising when goals have been achieved.
