How long does it take?

In her private practice, Rachel works with each client for twelve sessions to achieve three separate goals that will make the most positive impact on the individual’s happiness and success in life. Generally, these sessions are weekly to get the fastest results and to take advantage of the momentum that is created.

How long do sessions last?

The first exploratory and goal-setting session lasts 1 hour 30 minutes.  Subsequent sessions are 1 hour in duration.

Can I meet you in person?

Yes. If you live or work in London, U.K, you may prefer to meet face-to-face over a coffee.  Some clients choose to have a combination of telephone and face-to-face sessions to fit in with busy schedules. Rachel will also travel throughout the UK and internationally.

Are you professionally trained?

Yes. Rachel is a Certified Coach and Certified NLP Practitioner with over 250 hours of specific professional coaching and NLP training. She strongly believes that ongoing training and professional Certification processes are crucial to being an excellent coach and trainer.

In addition, Rachel is actively involved in the coaching industry both training and helping other coaches. She is an Assistant Trainer, Assessor, Mentor and Group Regional Coordinator for Results Coaching Systems Europe.

Do you run workshops too?

Yes.  Rachel specialises in running workshops on successful self-leadership focusing on how Brighter Thinking can create better results: for example, improving communication, changing negative beliefs, personal responsibility, facing fear, procrastination, self-management, abundance, confidence, stress management and successful relationships.
